However, we understand that there may be occasions where refunds or cancellations are necessary. Please review the following policies regarding refunds and cancellations:

Refunds:

  • Digital Products and Services: Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital items such as design files, digital downloads, or online services once they have been delivered or accessed.

  • Physical Products (including marketing materials such as business cards, banners, branded merch, etc.): If you are dissatisfied with a physical product purchased from Bold Marketing & Design, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We may offer a refund or replacement for defective or damaged items, subject to inspection and approval.

Cancellations:

  • Digital Products and Services: Subscriptions or recurring digital services must be canceled at least one month prior to the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle. To cancel a subscription or recurring service, please contact us at least one month before the renewal date. Once a renewal payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded.

  • Physical Products (including marketing materials such as business cards, banners, branded merch, etc.): If you need to cancel an order for a physical product, including marketing materials, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
